Returns & Replacements

Wrong shear size ordered? Mistakes happen! You have 30 days to return or exchange unused or defective merchandise.
Please review the below prior to starting the return process.
 
  • Item must be returned in original, unused condition and in original packaging. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

  • If you received a free gift with your purchase, we will need to get that back too - or the gift value will be deducted from your credit/refund.

  • If 'Store Credit' is requested, upon processing your return request, the credit will be added to your customer account and good only for purchases at www.cricketco.com

  • If a 'Refund' is requested, upon processing your return request, the refund will be issued back to the same card/payment method to which the charges were made. 

  • Original shipping fees, if applicable, will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective.

In order to process your item return, please complete the following steps: 
1. Login to your customer account 
2. Go to your Orders page
3. To the right side of your orders, you will see a link to ‘Return items?’
4. Select the Return Items link beside the order with the product you are returning
5. From the 'Return Items From Order #' screen, select the 'Qty To Return' from the drop down menu beside the product you are returning 
6. Select from the drop down menu options for 'Return Reason'*
   - Received wrong product
   - Wrong Product Ordered
   - Not Satisfied with the Product 
   - There was a problem with the product 
7. Then choose from the dropdown menu for Return Action
   - Store Credit
   - Refund of Purchase price
8. There is also a Comment box for you to provide us with more detail about your return. 
9. Once you have completed the fields for your return, please select the ‘Submit Return Request’ button at the bottom of the page 

You will receive a return confirmation email once your request is submitted. The email also includes the return instructions and shipping address. Please ensure your 'Order Number' is clearly marked on the package.

Based on your Return Reason* you may be responsible for the return shipping charges. UPS or FedEx delivery is recommended for all returns.

Did Your Shipment Arrive Damaged? 
In the case that your unsatisfactory order was due to shipping damages please contact the shipment carrier directly to process your claim. You may also contact our customer service department at 800-654-7032 for assistance.

Did you make a purchase from one of our retailers, but would like to make the return to us directly? 
Please call our Customer Service Department at 800-654-7032 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for paying the return shipping charges. The Item can be returned for exchange only. Refunds cannot be issued.

* We want to know more about your Return Reason so we can help! Please add your notes to the Comment Box when completing your return:

  • Did you receive the wrong product? Let us know! We will get you the correct item and if needed send you a prepaid shipping label.
